Morning Darren,
When my Father moved back to the U.K and we decided to sell his Apartment , we had originally tried selling with another Agent, but we were lucky if we had 3 viewings in more than 6 months. After a recommendation from our Lawyer, we contacted Darren at BLUE LAGOON CASAS and he could not be happier with the service we received. Even with the slow property market in Spain, we had more viewings in the first month with Darren than we had in the previous 6,and we have just successfully completed the sale of the Apartment at the price we were hoping for. Darren at Blue Lagoon Casas was excellent in assisting in the purchase of my first property in Spain. His 'step by step' mantra, breaking the process down in to understandable and non- intimidating sections, was invaluable. He was trustworthy, excellent at keeping up communication between all parties, and I felt constantly reassured. He also put me in contact with a fantastic solicitor, though he did not pressure me to use them. All in all he was great and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
